My past "day jobs" have mostly revolved around the legal profession and I have been blessed to  make some really great friends along the way. One of those friends is Dawn Christen who I briefly worked for a few years ago. When Dawn reached out to me to photograph the annual fundraiser for a local non-profit organization, Hannah's Socks, I jumped at the chance. Being the first official event I've photographed, indoors and at night, I was a little out of my comfort zone. I really enjoyed the experience though and I was grateful for the opportunity to support such a wonderful organization.
